I speak with Marketing Last time, I tried an Emailing campaign which generated several appointments for salespeople. I went to see my CEO to tell him the good news. All he did was correct a phrase I put in my email and downplayed the amount of quotes I generated.  WHAT !? Some managers are clumsy Faced with this, do you think that Marketing will make the effort to get out of its comfort zone to try things again? No, of course Fortunately, not all managers are so clumsy, but few put all the conditions in place to encourage Marketing to innovate. Ok, but how can you encourage your Marketing to take initiatives? Summary.
